Nova Scotia. We are strong. We are kind. We are family.
Since we launched this website at 4 pm on April 23, 2020, we have raised $70,000 for the Stronger Together Nova Scotia Fund!
THANK YOU to everyone who has supported this fundraiser so far! We have orders from every province and territory in Canada, many US states, the UK and as far away as New Zealand!!!
These are limited edition items, produced by Countryfied Clothing, a small, family-run business based in Central Nova Scotia for over 10 years. Yes, this is LEGIT and you WILL get your order (please see below for more details on shipping).
100% of the profits from the sale of these shirts will be donated to the Stronger Together Nova Scotia Fund, as managed by the Canadian Red Cross, to provide support for the families and communities impacted by the horrific tragedy that happened in our beloved province on April 18-19, 2020.
A message from the founder of Countryfied Clothing, Karen Dean:
I lost a dear friend on April 19 in a senseless act of violence that I don't think any of us will ever understand. Gina Goulet was a fierce, independent woman who was such a bright light in this world. Like many other people (everyone loved Gina), I miss her so much!
Joey Webber lived in my community. I didn’t know him personally but, growing up, his partner lived 4 doors down from me.
Lisa McCully's mother used to be the minister at my church, and her brother went to university with my twin brother.
I used to work for the RCMP as a Detachment Assistant and have many wonderful friends who are members. They all knew and loved Cst. Heidi Stevenson.
Nova Scotia is full of stories like this. We are all connected somehow. That is part of what makes this such a special place to live. And I know that we are all hurting right now. This is our way of helping families, while giving people an opportunity to show their pride for our amazing province. Thank you for supporting this campaign to help the families and communities affected by this senseless tragedy.
This is a PRE-ORDER.
We started taking orders on April 23, 2020, but did not receive our first shipment of clothing from our printer until May 8, 2020. We had over 1,100 orders before that date (THANK YOU) ... we are working very long hours to get them to you as fast as possible!
Due to the volume of orders and the delay in receiving our stock from the printer (we have to wait at least 2 weeks for the printing company to print it so we are trying to order enough to keep ahead), it may take 10-15 business days for your order to ship.
Due to this being a limited edition item that will only be available for a short time, there are no returns or exchanges.
All clothing is screenprinted in Truro, Nova Scotia and shipped from Middle Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia.
All profits from this fundraiser will be donated to the Stronger Together Nova Scotia Fund
